The Chicago area will soon be home to another Regional Health Information Exchange Organization, the MetroChicago HIE. So reports Modern Healthcare.

 The new RHIO is scheduled to start exchanging information in the early part of 2014. The exchange will have 34 participating hospitals including Rush University Medical Center.
