Our Review

We checked at least eight other EMR's prior to deciding on this one. The product itself seemed intuitive and performed the functions that we required for a busy Family Practice office. After signing the contract however, we have been having constant problems with their support staff. The development team refuses to make any new formats for notes unless a provider's documentation ability is significantly hindered. The problem tickets that we have submitted go mostly unanswered. We even have difficulty scheduling the training sessions that we paid for. Also some of the functions that the salesman claimed that this EMR is capable of do not exist. All of these problems and we haven't even fully implemented it into our clinic. This poor customer service will likely ultimately lead to this company's demise. If we had known how terrible their customer support was we never would have chosen this product.
