I am in the midst of trying to get a refund for an overpayment to Zotec Partners. Even after 3 months and multiple calls, emails and promises to pay, Zotec has failed to refund my payment. I keep getting referred to the Refund Department, but it should be called the "String the Customer Along" department.
I will not knowingly do business with any clinic or hospital that uses Zotec for its billing services.
