AMA, MMS to Host Virtual Town Hall to Discuss Physician Discontent with EHRs

In response to widespread physician discontent with electronic health records (EHRs) that lack usability and interoperability as necessary features, the American Medical Association (AMA) and the Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) announced they will hold a virtual town hall meeting to give physicians and others a chance to discuss concerns with poorly designed EHRs and the impact these systems have on patient care.
