Sage Intergy EHR Recognized as a Leader for Healthcare Practices
In two reports recently released by IDC Health Insights, Sage Intergy EHR received high scores for ownership confidence and fit to market needs, earning placement as one of the leaders in electronic health records management for small, midsize and large ambulatory healthcare practices.
Used by thousands of physicians throughout the United States to improve the efficiency of their practices and patient care, CCHIT Certified SM Sage Intergy EHR is designed to complement the clinical approach of practices, supporting clinical features for numerous specialties and providing integration with practice management, business intelligence and EDI software.
“For nearly 30 years, practices have trusted Sage to deliver solutions that enable them to optimize their patients’ experience while enhancing bottom line results,” said Betty Otter-Nickerson, President of Sage Healthcare. “We’re honored that the results of IDC Health Insights’ research place Sage Intergy EHR as a leader for ambulatory practices for the second straight year.”
In their analysis, IDC Health Insights independently evaluated vendors’ products and financial viability, measuring how well their offerings fit market needs and how likely they were to provide a positive ownership experience. Sage Intergy EHR received high scores in both areas, with notable scores for functionality for meaningful use, reporting and decision support functionality, integration with practice management, breadth of service and support, and customer satisfaction, among others.
“EHR systems hold the promise of greater efficiency for healthcare practices that in turn can help lower overall healthcare costs and enable physicians to focus on improving patient care,” said Judy Hanover, research manager at IDC Health Insights. “Sage Intergy EHR rated highly in our evaluations for small, midsize, and large practice needs, including in the areas of functionality for meaningful use, reporting, integration with practice management, service and support, and customer satisfaction.”
Sage Intergy EHR is part of a family of healthcare solutions from Sage that includes electronic health records, practice management, radiology, community health, practice analytics and EDI. It is part of Sage’s continuing commitment to delivering the most up-to-date practice automation solutions for physicians.
