NextGen's EMR Gets CCHIT's Seal of Approval

NextGen Healthcare Company’s EMR (Electronic Medical Records) version 5.4.29 has received the Certified Commission for Healthcare Information Systems, Inc.’s (CCHIT) certified mark for EHR (electronic health record) products. This industry-wide seal of approval provides a consensus-based benchmark for ambulatory products such as EMR. In a statement from Sara Corley, NextGen’s Chief Medical Officer, “This is the way to improve quality.”
