I completely disagree

Using this software has been a nightmare. Not only does data disappear, but it doesn't autopost ERAs correctly, which means I'm having to post each and every payment manually. I've had to hire extra help because of the tremendous increase in data entry, which means my bottom line is worse after going with this $50/mo software. I should have known I would get what I paid for. Worst of all, there is NO secondary billing capability. This is a deal-breaker considering my clients are not eligible for paper billing waivers from Medicare. My fault for not thinking to ask, but who would think to ask about 1992 technology in 2010? My first date of service on this system was 01/01/2011 and my last will be 05/31/2011. Stay FAR away from this software.
