Would a Delay in Implementing Stage 3 Be Harmful?

The Consumer Partnership for eHealth (CPeH) and the Campaign for Better Care have issued a response to the recent GOP white paper that questions the trajectory of the HITECH ACT and the EHR Incentive Program, reports EHR Intelligence.

The group’s response insists that a delay in implementing Stage 3 of Meaningful Use could harm patients. The group also claims that any delays would compromise the existing efforts of physicians and government agencies.
