Inaccruate data recording by Spring Charts
I use Spring Charts and notified them a month ago that prescriptions were not being accurately charted. They finally contacted me to get some logs after multiple complaints. I have still not gotten any further information from them and errors continue to occur.
I used to be a big supporter of the software, but if it doesn't accurately create a record, it is worse than useless.
