Chart Manager/customer service
Stay away from Prime Clinical. This software has cost my practice thousands of dollars and the customer support is pathetic.
The chart manager could not do the simple task of calculating daily patient totals.
Patient demographics just simply disappeared. These problems went on for months, costing me thousands of man hours in phone calls and lost productivity.
The customer service is almost non-existent. You will be on hold forever and then get incomplete solutions, thus creating loss of productivity.
Phone calls were not returned until I asked to speak to the President. And finally, while transitioning to a new system, the "specialists" extracted the data during working hours without informing my office, thus "kicking" my staff out of the sytem and locking us out.
I am now working overtime to deal with their incompetence.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
