The report finds that even though a large number of doctors have switched to an electronic medical record system, many still fall short in achieving Meaningful Use. The study also found that as of May 2012, 62,226 EPs had met the Meaningful Use requirements with the fewest percentage of attesters in Alaska (1.9 %), and the highest rate in North Dakota (24%).
