American College of Physicians Weighs in on Stage 2

The American College of Physicians (ACP), has issued a statement with recommendations for Stage 2 of Meaningful Use.

In a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, the ACP warned that the aggressive timeline and overly ambitious objectives may ultimately harm the program.
