Communities in Three States Form New Rural Accountable Care Organization

Nine rural communities have formed a new accountable care organization. So reports EHR Intelligence.

The Nation Accountable Rural Care Organization (NARCO) is comprised of nine rural communities from Michigan, California, and Indiana. The new organization includes rural health clinics, independent physicians and critical access hospitals. The new ACO will ensure that these organizations can provide their patient’s coordinated care outside their community.
