Kansas & Missouri Form Health Info Alliance

Kansas and Missouri have connected their health information exchanges. So reports Healthcare IT News.

In a new agreement, Missouri’s Tiger Institute Health Alliance is now able to exchange electronic data with Kansas’ Lewis and Clark Information Exchange. The new health information exchange includes 2.5 million patients, 4,000 doctors and 500 clinics in the two state area.
