Which States Are the Slowest to Adopt EHRs?

While physicians continue to adopt electronic health records, several states lag overall in EHR adoption. So reports USA Today.

For example, New Jersey ranks at the bottom with a 21% adoption rate followed by Conneticut and Washington D.C. at 30% and 31% respectively.
