Patients Reluctant to Share mHealth

A new study by Mobiquity finds that while patients are happy to use technology to track diet, exercise and vital signs, they are unwilling to share it unless specifically requested. So reports EHR Intelligence.

The survey found that 70% of those surveyed used a type of mHealth on a daily basis, while just 40% percent reported the results to their physician. Most stated privacy concerns as the reason they didn't share their information.
