The new applications work with a Qualcomm Life platform and will allow Walgreens to offer customers remote patient monitoring and chronic care management. Customers will use Walgreens biometric devices, such as blood pressure cuffs, and the data will be transmitted via the Qualcomm platform to pharmacists.
