Burnout on the Rise Among US Doctors

Medscape has released its annual survey on physician’s lifestyle. So reports RevCycleIntelligence.

The 2015 Physician LifeStyle Report finds that, compared to other workers, U.S. doctors suffer the most burnout. This year’s survey found that 46% of respondents were burned out. That number is up from the 2014 report, which showed only 39.8% as being burned out. Critical care doctors suffer the highest rate at 53%.
