Medicare Law Overhauled

New legislation signed by President Obama permanently changes Medicare payments. So reports US News & World Reports.

The Bill stops a 21% cut in Medicare payments that was set to occur. It also alters future payments by including incentives to doctors so they bill Medicare for overall care, not individual visits.
