Nurses Relying on Smartphones for Clinical Advice

Nurses often rely on their smartphone to find clinical advice. So reports Healthcare IT News.

A new survey by InCrowd found that 88% of nurses use their smartphones daily during their shift to find medical advice and information. A majority of nurses (72%) use apps to look up disease information. Additionally, nurses use their phones to set medication reminders and receive photos of things, such as patient rashes.
