This is an easy to use online system that is a complete patient management application.

This system can be used by the physician and the entire staff. ChartConnect is a complete EMR system for physician practices and hospitals. This software will integrate with existing practice management systems. This software will assist in managing the workflow of a medical practice and the dashboard displays only the information the employee needs.

ChartConnectEMR is very easy to use and is designed with many built in tools and features. You can smoothly navigate through the various modules and has a dashboard which contains a community rolodex and links to online resources. ChartConnect is a full featured system which has different modules to handle the various aspects of a patient management.

The ResultManager module provides a shared messaging system which allows the physician to connect with their laboratory, radiology and hospital partners. This allows for a secure online way to manage and maintain records of results and reports. The MedManager module allows the physician to better manage their patients’ medications by having all drug-related information in one place. The OrderManager module allows for electronic ordering of lab tests and radiology reports from participating community labs and radiology centers. This is a complete system to take care of all aspects of managing patient information.

Technology employed
ChartConnectEMR is web-based through the internet and can be remotely accessed from anywhere. There is no software to load and update and no IT support is needed to install or maintain the system.

This software is very easy to use, configure and deploy because it is web-based and can be remotely accessed from anywhere. This application allows for data to be inputted by speaking, writing or typing information that is automatically translated into electronic form and added to the medical record.

My Opinion
ChartConnectEMR is excellent web-based software that has many built-in features and tools including a dashboard for easy navigating. This is a complete EMR system that will handle all aspects of patient management. I would recommend this software. It would be a time-saving tool in any size of medical practice.
