MediNotes e is easy to use and can be used by the entire staff of any type medical practice no matter the specialty. It is designed with an innovative office dashboard that allows staff and physicians to enter data in real time which will be accessible to the entire office.
It is divided into four views which include Practice View that shows a global view of the practice including messages, patient flow, pending histories and automated tasks. Patient View which displays multiple patients, each have their own color coded tab and customizable panels that can be organized to view patient tasks. The Document View enables the user to filter all documents within the system which includes patient instructions and referral letters. The Object View allows the user to view, customize and save templates and exam dialogues.

System requirements for a one to two physician practice with a small staff (Up to 5 total users) are Windows 2000, Windows XP Tablet Edition, XP Professional, Vista Business, Vista Enterprise or Ultimate and Windows 2000 or 2003 Server. At least 1 GB RAM for use by the system and at least a 40GB hard drive.
Ease of use, configuration, and deployment
MediNotes uses a point and click advanced data repopulation technology which allows users unparallel access to their patient records. The MediNotes implementation team works with the client online before arriving onsite for a more in-depth and specific office training. Each client has a single point of contact with a support person who works with the technical support team to provide support during implementation. Once installed MediNotes is very easy to learn and use.
