Highmark Inc., a health insurance company, will invest $500 million dollars to develop a network of doctors in Western Pennsylvania, according to Pittsburgh Live.

Ohio’s Governor’s Office of Health Transformation and the Department of Health for Ohio are teaming up to assist primary care health practices transition to a patient-centered medical home model for care, reports WTRF.com. 

Email communication between doctor and patient is still controversial, reports the Wall Street Journal.
