Missing USB Drive Leads to Data Breach at Anaheim Medical Center

The Anaheim Medical Center, a member of the Kaiser Permanente Group, suffered a security breach this fall. So reports Healthcare IT News.

The breach occurred in September, but patients were not notified until November 25. According to Kaiser, a USB drive containing patient information went missing. Kaiser Permanenta previously reported a second date breach, which also occurred in September.
