Insiders Pose Biggest Risk to Data

Recently, KLAS performed a survey of 106 healthcare organizations to assess the safety of patient data. So reports Healthcare IT News.

The survey revealed that most organizations feel the biggest threat to patient data is from unencrypted devices and employee data theft. The survey also showed that the healthcare sector has the highest rate of insider misuse, 15% of all breaches were from inside the organization.
