Doctors Failing to Report Payments from Product Endorsements

Doctors are taking to Twitter and other social media to to tout products, but are failing to disclose they are being paid to push those products. So reports the New York Magazine.

Of course, doctors don't need to disclose their payments on social media, but they are required by the Affordable Care Act to report their payments from drug and medical companies to the Department of Health and Human Services, which then posts it on its website.
