My Opinion
DocuTAP is an amazing, and very innovative software system. It has all the “bells and whistles” any physicians office could ever want. This system practically does everything. It has web access patient sign-in, the ability to scan and verify insurance instantly and has a screen that shows all examination rooms, with the patient’s name, and has a clock showing the amount of time the person has been in there.

There are so many excellent features that it is hard to name them all. It has advanced imaging and management capabilities which can capture faxes, and it can scan paper documents from old patient records to be stored electronically. This is an innovative and very high-tech physician office solution which allows you to manage the entire office in one application.
