Americans Trust Health Apps Too Much: Study

A new survey finds that Americans place an enormous amount of trust in symptom checker websites. So reports Fierce Mobile Health.

 

The survey found that, on average, a quarter of Americans trust the apps and website as much as their doctors. The survey also found that 26% percent use these resources instead of going to the doctor.
